[K-POP STORM] The Biggest Storm Coming to Malaysia
The biggest storm is coming to Malaysia this November! Bringing here 9 Korean Acts to perform on stage, WBS K-Pop Storm in Malaysia will set its stage on the 9th of November 2012 at Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach, Malaysia. With the objective to initiate the cultural exchange between Malaysia and Korea, the concert will exhibit not only the well-known K-Pop genre which has been a huge phenomenon in Malaysia, but as well as different musical genre which shows the diversity of Korean Music Industry. From dance and pop, the audience will be introduced to the other side of the musical taste when there will also be a special collaboration between K-Rock and Traditional Korean Music.
The event will be lead by Shinee, who will be coming to Malaysia for the first time, after their Shinee World Concert visit to other Asia countries like Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. The Shawols (Shinee World - The Shinee's Official Fanclub name) will be very excited because their beloved idols are finally setting foot to our shore.
Following Shinee, are U-Kiss, Teen Top, Block B and Dal Shabet who have been here early this year and for rookie groups like Girl's Day and D-Unit, their fans are waiting to see their performance because it is unusual to see newly debuted groups to perform overseas outside Korea. And to those who are the loyal viewers of KBSW's Immortal Song, they will finally get the chance to watch No Brain live in front of their eyes. To add with that, it would be a special collaboration performance with The Gwangdae who are famous for their fusion traditional music. The variety of music shall attract people to come to the event and the tickets are selling fast.
In supporting the event, there will be many events being held including the ticket-sales promotions where you can get discounts for the tickets if you buy it at the sales booth. Block B and EvoL will be around town to promote the concert and the fans will get a chance to see them up-close while they are having fun in Malaysia before the event. There were also Lucky Draw events where 9 Lucky Fans will receive BackStage Pass to see the idols, as well as 20 Lucky Fans who bought the VIP Ticket will stand a chance to enjoy tea-time with the idols. For Malaysian Fanclubs (MyTeenTop, MyUkiss, MyShinee, MyBBC, MyDarlings and etc) the organizers will provide special fanzone for them so that the idols can see their fans up close.
Based on the line-up of artistes, as well as the promotion made by the organizers, it an be said that WBS K-Pop Storm in Malaysia will be a history of 2012 where there will be the only stage with most idols coming in, and surely, the biggest audience of Malaysian event!
